Reservations

Hi,
Thank you for considering Lilah by Design Photography for your upcoming event. We appreciate your interest in our services and would be delighted to assist you in reserving a date.
To make a reservation, kindly send an email to info@lilahbydesign.com with the following details:
1. Event Date: Please specify the exact date of your event.
2. Event Type: Is it a engagement shoot, a corporate event, or a portrait session, for example? Please provide relevant information about the nature of your event.
3. Venue: Indicate the location where the event will take place, in studio option available.
Upon receiving your email, our team will review the details and confirm the availability of our photographers for your chosen date. To secure the booking, we require a 50% deposit, which will be due by the confirmation date provided by our team.


Please be aware that availability is subject to the order in which inquiries are received. Therefore, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to secure your desired date. We understand that planning an event involves a multitude of decisions, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.


Once your deposit has been received, we will send you a confirmation of the reservation along with any further instructions or forms that may be required. The remaining balance will be due on or before the day of the event.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your photography session. However, please note that once a booking is confirmed and a deposit is made, there will be no refunds available.
We allocate time, resources, and efforts to prepare for your session, including coordinating with our team, securing equipment, and organizing any necessary permits or locations. A cancellation not only affects us financially but also prevents us from booking other potential clients during that time.
While we sympathize with unexpected events and unforeseen circumstances, our no-refund policy helps us maintain our professional integrity and ensures that we continue to deliver outstanding results to all our clients.
Final Payment:
In addition to our cancellation policy, we kindly request that the final payment is made by the scheduled shoot date. This policy allows us to streamline our operations and focus on creating stunning visuals for our clients. By collecting the full payment before the shoot date, we can allocate our resources efficiently and spend more time on capturing those breathtaking moments.
We understand that sometimes financial situations can arise unexpectedly, and if you require any assistance or need to discuss alternative payment arrangements, please contact our team directly. We are always ready to work with you and find a solution that meets both parties' needs.
In the rare event that we need to reschedule the session due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule and find a suitable alternative time slot. We believe in open communication and ensuring a positive experience for all our clients.
